Motion Computing Appoints Francisco Borras As Director of Operations and Service, EMEA



Austin, Texas, 30 November, 2004 – Mobile computing specialist Motion Computing® today announced another key appointment to the company’s growing operation with the hiring of Francisco Borras, Director of Operations and Service for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Located in Paris, Francisco is responsible for all aspects of Motion’s operational performance across the EMEA region, including building and strengthening the operations, support and service infrastructure. In his role Francisco, a Spanish native, will be working closely with the three existing European regional managers to ensure that the needs of each individual country are met as parts of a wider strategy for EMEA.

Francisco brings a wealth of pen-based computing experience to the post having been responsible for European service and support strategy for Tablet PC at Fujitsu Siemens and Fujitsu Personal Systems over a period of 10 years. Prior to this, he worked widely in the field of computing as an independent consultant and at firms such as Dataconseil and Rexon International.
